Starting with ZNC for Windows version 0.098,
we decided to use a new compiler version
(Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1)!

Therefore, if you get any errors about missing DLLs
on ZNC startup, please download and install one of
the following runtime component installers from Microsoft:

For 32 Bit (x86) Systems:

For 64 Bit (x64) Systems:
